Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Las Palomas

We have stayed in this villa 3 times now and it's very nice. The location is excellent for us. I would say however the Villa needs some attention as nothing has changed over the last few years. A few observations as follows: Tiles in the bathroom cracked. The patio door locks need attention. The cooker hob needs attention and did not function The Air Conditioner in the living area needs attention. The Pool Table (which is always nice to have) is dated and needs replaced. This is the same table that has been in the villa for years. The front exterior security light does not work and needs attention The settee in the lounge area needs replaced. Overall we love this villa but considering the price has increased by over £400 over the last 3 years, some money needs to be spent on the above areas to justify the the cost.

Great villa in a nice location on the outskirts of the town and really close to burriana beach. Supermarket right at the corner and lots of cafes nearby. Maybe 15 minute walk to the main centre. The villa was beautiful, so spacious and had everything we could have needed for our stay. I was getting married and my parents stayed here for the week of the wedding but myself and the bridal party got ready here the morning of the wedding and there was so much room and lots of aircon to keep us all cool. The place was spotless and really well equipped. Couldn’t fault it, it was fab

It’s a bit of a stroll into the town, maybe only 15 minutes. We enjoyed having the walk as it meant we got a bit of extra exercise and it’s mostly through lovely little alleys which are actually well shaded so even on the hot days the walk was nice. Only thing was coming home from nights out, prob wouldn’t make the walk alone. Really minor minor thing but our villa had a pool table in the pics and we love playing pool so we were excited about that but it was in pretty bad condition so couldn’t play.
