Thiro Santorini

Such a beautiful apartment, really peaceful, quiet and private despite being in the middle of Fira. We felt so at home there and will definitely stay there again if we go back to Santorini. We particularly loved the terrace, hot tub and affectionate local cats!

The hot tub could have been warmer, but we were there in late October so think it would be the perfect temperature in summer.

Host was exceptional- great and easy communication before and during visit with unexpectedly fast response and assistance for personal needs unrelated to accommodations. Housekeeper was amazing too with concierge type daily room touch ups and warm personality. Felt like we were staying at a first class spacious and cozy spa in such a convenient location. Everything worked well and style of the place was so beautiful. Quaint cobblestone walkway to the accommodation with periodic mule trains passing by with the romantic sound of their bells. Perfect balance of convenient location and yet immediately away from touristy intensity that can overwhelm a Santorini visit. You can easily come and go to your refuge of serenity or take in the breathtaking caldera views on the Calder rim less than five minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, bars and mini markets are all easily walkable as is the bus station. You can find high end and local restaurants equally for authentic local feel or the more touristy side that comes with Santorini popularity. This property offers views of the sea from the rooftop terrace, but not the caldera views. You quickly realize this might be best option as caldera views can make you feel like you are in a viewing cage as they are rarely completely private.

Maybe an umbrella or more sun shields for the amazing outside garden patio.

Perfect spot in central Fira. Peaceful yet close to restaurants, shops, and sunsets. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotless, and well-equipped.

The property was amazing, very clean and local to the town. The bus stop was around a 5-10 minute walk away which helped if you wanted to explore around Santorini.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was daily house keeping. We were provided with clean sheets, towels and cleaning of the villa. Loved the hot tub. You can see the sunrise from the villa. The place was clean, quiet and had free wifi. Very good location, close to main road. Fanis was very lovely to organise a taxi to and from the port. We were met by Maria on the main road who showed us how to get to the property. Fanis was very responsive to messages.

Everything about this place was absolutely incredible. The location was 10/10. On a quiet road but a 1 minute walk from the busy streets. Our host was so lovely and welcoming and recommended many places and helped arrange transport where needed. The room was filled with amenities such as a selection of coffee, and full bathroom amenities you could possibly need. It was also so clean and even better than the images online.

Very nice Villa in the heart of Thira, we enjoyed a lot to stay there, the confort and silent so close to the center. The villa is beautiful, modern and greek style with jacuzzi. Fanis is very sympathic and helpful. Next time we'll visit again Santorini for sure we will stay there one more time, we really recommend.
