"Disappointing"

The location was okay, a nice concept villa complex with a shared pool. service was so bad. staff was not helpful. the villa was super dirty. spider webs on the ceiling, the fan was not working properly so there were a lot of mosquitoes, and it was quite humid and hot without a fan in the living room. the towel smells, rats running around. the kitchen was dirty. if they take good care of the place and provide better service for the guests, I would give them a better rating. but it seems like they did not care.

Position was pretty good 2 young lads that worked there wre good but didnt understand english very well

Management couple didnt do anything fan had one speed very slow place needs paint and repair rat drppings on the kitchen bench every morning managers did not seem to care
