Villa Alam Biru

L’emplacement de villa est idéal par rapport au centre de Sanur, des commerces et restaurants. Anggun, la manager de la Villa, s’est coupée en 4 pour nous. Elle a été très réactive à nos demandes et aux différentes interventions au niveau de la Villa.

Le manque d’équipements au niveau de la cuisine (pas de machine à café, pas de four, pas de micro-ondes, pas de lave-vaisselle... ) La vétusté de la cuisine qui ne transparaît pas sur les photos de présentation de la Villa. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bains du rez-de-chaussée.

I liked the location and the Host was very helpful.

The kitchen was not usable, smelt of mould and really needs an update. The outdoor showers are great, however too many mosquitoes, needs mozzy coils to be supplied. The bathroom towels are so old, paper thin with bleach marks. A machine was advertise to be a the property, however it was so dirty and didn't work until I had to make a call to get them to repair it. The property is not 4 stars, you really need to review this, and get up to date photos, I find the photo's on Bookings to be misleading all the time.

Very relaxing villa. Quiet and clean. Good location to walk everywhere. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature.

A bit dated and lacking some amenities. The water pressure was really low which made it hard to shower. The beds are hard but that seems to be common everywhere in Bali.

We were a couple who stayed for 5 nights at Villa Alam Biru. Lovely quiet location with restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Pool size was very generous. We appreciated the ability to refill water bottles to help reduce our use of plastic bottles. Communication with staff prior to arriving and during our stay was excellent. The downstairs bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable king bed. Great to have some extra power-points. The property was a little run down….broken pavers and quite a number of chipped tiles in the pool. The fan in the downstairs bedroom was very noisy and rusty and should be replaced. The open kitchen, dining and lounge area was quite large but was also hot with little air flow. Upon request a portable fan was provided. This area could do with a couple of ceiling fans to make it more comfortable.

Two separate ensuited bedrooms make it ideal for two couples or families.

The place was nice… when it wasn’t flooded

One room flooded. One of our suitcases was left open on the floor and filled with water destroying our electrical devices. When confronting the owner, they said it wasn’t their responsibility and blamed us for leaving the door open even though I sent them pictures of a wide area on the ceiling that was wet. Then we were ghosted. Really unhappy with the service and lack of hospitality. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. Ever. Our daughter was really unhappy and said she didn’t want to travel anymore.

Nice Space and large comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Location was great close to everything

Pool could have had lights on at night. Kitchen was pretty run down. Door to stairs doesn’t close easily. No microwave.
