Sunrise hill villa with private pool

The villa was spacious with a good size pool as shown. Water not too cold so the kids could enjoy. Osman met us there and gave us helpful info. He also came around immediately when we managed to lock the keys inside. Internet was very good. Parking easy right out front. There are restaurants and beach in walking distance but better if you have a car to drive into Side main town. Overall very comfortable and excellent communication.

Not much other than a few wild cats around that try to wander in through any open door.

I genuinely couldn't fault this property myself my dad and my brother had the most amazing 2 weeks here. It's so close to bars, restaurants and the beach it literally has everything. The owners brother also brought us to the supermarket twice as it wasn't walking distant to get a big shop in. The most considerate people, definitely will be back perfect for everyone.

Absolutely nothing

Villa is extremely large and modern. Spread over 3 floors. All bedrooms have bathrooms and large terraces. Lots of space to spend together and apart if needed! The private pool is lovely. Great size. Good aircon in all rooms. The location is good. 7 minute easy walk to the beach. Or if you've got a car and feeling lazy, you can park right at the beach (this was outside school holidays), so it might not be as easy in the school holidays. The Owners brother was on hand on WhatsApp and always responded within an hour. Recommended.

Villa had everything we needed and more! Even though we arrived late (1am) we were met by the owners brother and guided around the villa. He also returned the next day to take us to a large supermarket to stock up … this was very much appreciated. The pool was fabulous, outside furniture great and we made use of the bbq too. Would highly recommend this villa. My 3 year old grandson lived in the pool…. (as did we 4 adults) and his confidence in water has grown and grown. Three large bedrooms, all en-suite and with their own balconies were very impressive.

The villa was lovely with plenty room for our family of five and the owner could not have been more helpful - he was there to greet us on the first night even though we arrived extremely late and then early the next morning took us to an excellent supermarket to get a big shop in. There's the choice of your own private pool or two others that are shared with the apartment complex out the back. Literally 100 feet from a small shop which has essentials, five minute walk from a chemist and less well stocked supermarket and probably about 10 minutes or so from the beach via a tunnel under the busy road.

We didn't notice the tunnel under the road until a few days in so had to cross the busy dual carriageway. Not a property issue, just the location, but only a small thing.

this was a fantastic villa in a great location. obey was amazing and arranged transfers and was available when needed. This is a great place to stay
