Villa Duman 3

Area was good location for everything. Pool lovely. Would be nice just to have bit of a welcome pack.

Ants everywhere outside could do with sorting. Remote for living room ac broken. Bulbs went in ensuite onevof double bedrooms. Could do with host on watsapp as we had no means of contact Outside light not working and beds very hard.

Absolutely stunning villa. The host was so friendly and came and met us on arrival and we could call or text her any time of day or night if need be. The villa was simply stunning with all the facilities you would ever need and a fabulous swimming pool 😁

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The lady who owns the villas was very accommodating The villa was very spacious and clean, All air con units worked great Pool was cleaned and filled daily

The beds were uncomfortable No cleaner throughout full 2 weeks No clean towels provided so had to but detergent and softener to wash them Had 2 dogs running wild around the garden 1 of them actually pooed on the patio

Everything about this villa is lovely. The villa looks small from the outside but is actually quite big inside. The pool is lovely and refreshing, and we spent most of the day in the pool as the temperature was reaching over 40 degrees. Would definitely recommend.

The location is ideal for central Dalyan. Pool is huge.

There was a broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Some kind of grime behind one single bed. Provision of pool towels a bit unclear, as could locate only 1. The property lacks turkish character but this is personal preference.

Spacious clean villa, has everything you need. Situated in a quiet place 15 minutes walk from the town centre.

Perhaps the only negative thing was the very large number of ants around the pool, sanitization is required

- [ ] Infestation of ants. Couldn’t sit at the outdoor table as ants would just climb up the table. Sitting on the sun loungers ants would crawl all over. Used the BBQ once due to being unable to cook hygienically due to the ants infestation everywhere. I understand that hot climates cause pests such as ants but having stayed in a different villa last year, I know the difference between pests and an infestation. - [ ] Infestation of mosquitoes probably due to the nature garden with so many plants and trees. - [ ] Broken swimming pool net so couldn’t empty the pool ourselfs - [ ] Leaking air con in bed room mentioned it multiple times. Had to move child out of the bedroom due to him getting a bad throat/chest - [ ] Air con not working in living area mentioned it on first day took 10 days for someone to come out after messaging again - [ ] Dirty, mould in all showers, dirty skirting boards, no mop provided - [ ] Light switch hanging off in bed room - [ ] Plus socket hanging off behind the front door - [ ] Electricity went off 2 times - [ ] Pans/crockery were thick with oil so all needed washing before being used. - [ ] Tv wouldn’t turn on - [ ] Baby cot had staines on it - [ ] Table chairs broken upon arrival and would lean really far back - [ ] Child sat on Toilet seat which broke as he sat on it and slid the whole thing off resulting in him hurting himself landing on the floor - [ ] Pool lights would not come on until really late - [ ] Wi-Fi very unstable and couldn’t work in any of the bedrooms - [ ] Showers in the two bedrooms closest to the kitchen area were very weak. I spoke with booking who requested a full refund to the villa owner and agent due to the photographic evidence that I also had but the owner denied the refund so I cannot gain one. I would avoid this property. Attached are just a few of the evidential state of the property.

Spacious and good location. All four bedrooms had ensuite and living area was big. Short walk to centre

Nothing, ants and wasps present, but there were plenty of fruit trees and plants in the garden. It didn't bother us too much

Plenty of space. Clean and tidy. Very helpful host.

Just needs a few tweaks - no mirror near a plug to dry your hair. Could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen - peeler, glasses, bit more cutlery - we bought a few bits and left them there - larger chopping board, glasses. Wi-Fi not great, but coped.
