My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Wanu Bucu, the private villas are exceptional, the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. The villas are absolutely stunning and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast everyday was incredible and brought to your villa at your convenience, there was also a variety of menu options which all were fabulous to try. The villas spot was very central and we enjoyed walking into the centre for dinner/drinks. The pickups/drop offs for tours were seamless a very accessible hotel. The garden villa was incredible the pool was beautiful and large. We are so pleased we picked a villa experience now over a hotel and I would reccommend it to anyone staying in Ubud. Thankyou so much to everyone at Wana Bucu for a truly unforgettable stay xxxx

Der Pool war ständig im Schatten, deswegen war der Pool auch zu kalt. Man konnte den Pool nicht genießen. Und wir hatten nicht ständig warmes Wasser.

The villa was very beautiful and green. If you're looking for a place to stay that's more authentic and has more nature, this is the perfect place for you. I appreciated the mesh sheet that surrounds the bed! A shield from the many mosquitos. On the last day though, I did end up getting 4 bites on my left ankle, lol. I am very susceptible to getting mosquitos bites though, even when taking all the precautions. Anyway! This villa was beautiful! I liked how close it was to many stores, vendors, and restaurants.

I didn't like how the shower was "outdoors", definitely an invitation for bugs (mosquitos!!!) I know it's unavoidable in Indonesia, but one of the walls to the bathroom was a wooden shutter, definitely wasn't enough. Beautiful though in the daytime, lol. Also, the 2 times that we showered, the water was not hot, AT ALL. It was lukewarm, leaning more on the cold side.. we never said anything though because we were just so exhausted at the end of our days. I'm sure it was fixable. Hopefully. I also didn't like that on our last day when they served us breakfast, it was all the wrong items haha. We still ate it though. They will message you the night before to get your breakfast order so they can prepare it ahead of time and serve it to you at the time you choose. Even with a heads up like that though we still ending up getting the wrong food.

The staff was amazing, they were welcoming and always available anytime of the day.

While the room was aesthatic, there were lots of small insects around.

The hotel is extremely warm and hospitable. The staff is very helpful and genuinely interested in ensuring their guests have a wonderful stay. The room had a beautiful private pool and a nice tub overlooking the pool. It had plenty of privacy yet it felt that we were in the midst of nature. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the tub immensely. The breakfast was lovely too; it was delivered to the room every morning.

The location was central but it was a brief walk from central Ubud. The access is slightly steep for people with limited mobility. But it was alright for me. Renting a bike is necessary anyway at Ubud.

Very kind stuf ,polite and helpful.We felt like a nobles here.The location is perfect .So many restaurants and shops near.Monkey Forest is 15 min. Away from here.
