Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der große Pool, der nicht nur zum Abkühlen, sondern auch wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Das Hauptgebäude mit dem großzügigen Schlafzimmer und dem offenen Badezimmer ist außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet. Das Bett war riesig und eines der bequemsten, in denen wir während unserer Reise geschlafen haben. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wurde uns auf Wunsch ein frisches Frühstück individuell zubereitet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Man hat jederzeit gemerkt, mit wie viel Herz und Engagement sich um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich und einer der Gründe, warum wir unseren Aufenthalt so genossen haben.

Auf hohem Niveau gibt es nur wenige Kleinigkeiten zu erwähnen. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer am Pool wirkte das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Duschvorhang wirkte nicht ganz passend zum ansonsten sehr hochwertigen Ambiente der Villa. Zudem löste sich an einer Wand stellenweise die Dekorfolie, was optisch etwas auffiel. Ansonsten gab es für uns nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Didn’t realise the bed was within the main living area (open plan) which could be an issue for some. Only 2 sun beds.

We really enjoyed staying here, it is both in nature but still very close to the center of Ubud. Pool has very good view and main villa is very spacious and there is another room which is separate villa from the main villa. Staff was really helpful.

Cleaning can be improved and pots&pans should be replaced with new ones

Everything 10/10 Absolutely beautiful villa well thought out and spacious. Had everything on hand during our stay we would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Jasa is amazing he helped arranged our trips and was on hand with great communication from start to finish. We had a massage in the evening of our first day of arrival which was at the villa with a rose bath a must do!! The pool is huge with a great view and is very private. The breakfast is wonderful prepared by the polite and helpful staff. Thank you so much for making our first stay jn Bali UBud unforgettable 😃 i will be recommending to friends and family
