The staff was amazing loved christna he went above the standard in making sure we had a amazing time off the property

The Bugs were heavily present outside the property it’s in the middle of a rice field and at night it’s an abundant of flying visitors. In 2 rooms of the villa it’s cracks in the sliding windows which twice large bees entered the villa also at night a gecko was in our room it was loud and uncomfortable at times but the issue was the bees I was scared the villa around the pool needs new furniture it’s old and the wood is heavily weathered making it nasty to walk on also the villa can use a power wash and thy need to cut down the forest it a lot of dead plants and gives the insects so much territory withen the outside of the villa

Not up to our expectations with the villa price. Poor facilities maintenance, cleanliness to be improve.

All the staff were very friendly and provided instant solutions to any problems... Cleaning was done every day... The location of the house is very close to the center but very peaceful among the rice fields. We stayed for 6 days, if we come to Bali again, we will stay there without hesitation.

The 900-meter road entering the house is extremely narrow, but this is not the fault of the house... It comes when you call a car from Gojek. It is not suitable for walking...

Size of the rooms and pool area

Needs a lot of maintenance Poor design as not easy to walk around in property and not disabled friendly at all! Location is hard to reach and difficult for normal size cars to turn around Lack of hand towels Damp mould smell Lighting poor No long mirror to dress up Had to call manager a number of times with issues such as toilet not working properly and dirty water in pipes We were on holiday and don’t the stress of poorly maintained properties!

loved the setting and the design of the property. it was our oasis.

the shower was very little pressure. the access wasn’t very easy for vehicles
