Nothing every thing was great tbh

This villa is absolutely incredible!!!! We couldn’t believe it for the price. Your own pool, a big bed, a huge bathroom and an outdoor space that has its own kitchen. A huge plus was the water dispenser which saved us buying water bottles multiple times a day! It’s the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Ubud was a lot busier than we were expecting and so we were relieved to be staying somewhere off the busy main road, but still a very short walk away from the centre. It felt like the best of both worlds, enjoying the hussle in the day and then going off to a quiet space to relax. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and brought to our room for us to have outside every morning. We’d recommend the cycling tour and the white water rafting - amazing fun!

The villa is modern, clean and very spacious. The gardens and pool are just stunning. The location was very central, about a 4min walk to the Main Street. Even though it is quite close to the hustle and bustle once you walk through the gates into your private garden you feel a million miles away from it all. All you can hear are the birds singing in the trees and the occasional gecko. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped book all our activities - white water rafting, cycling and private massages. The breakfasts are also excellent. Wld rate this place 10/10.

The villa has an amazing location, situated in a quiet backstreet, but still very close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It's exactly like in the photos, offering a modern, well-equipped home with a private garden and pool. The staff was nice and cleaned frequently. Breakfast was excellent. They also rent out scooters for very cheap, giving you one less thing to worry about.

There were a few hiccups, e.g. the pool was pretty dirty and algae-infested when we arrived, and we didn't have proper hot water in the bathroom at first either, but they solved all the problems without any delay as soon as we let them know. So, overall, a good experience.

Close stroll to everything and the staff were fantastic..!!

This villa has a great location as it is in a close vicinity to all the key landmarks, and the centre of Ubud but still in a quiet neighbourhood. We were waking up with the sound of the birds, had delicious breakfast, and always clean towels and sheets:) we would definitely come back and stay again in the villa, wishing the weather was better so we can enjoy some pool time.

Great location. Very quiet. Clean and tidy. Lots of room. Staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Some parts were looking a little tired. The bathroom window leaked in the rain.
