Villa Mimpi

The property was absolutely wonderful!! The grounds are kept so nicely and beautiful landscape. Location of the Villa is absolutely perfect!!

Loved everything!

Fabolous private villa with balinese furniture and a lot of small beautiful details. The garden is a dream! Just opposite is a small cafe. The street is full of restaurants, cafes, small shops. Try Mesari restaurant which is very close. The food is cheap and super delicious. The place is full is paintings, very artistic

The fridge was not clean, the bathromm in smaller room has no ventilation. The breakfast is very boring: fruits, scrambled eggs, toast and jam. No cofffee in the kitchen, only some bad quality instant one.

everything was perfect. the host saren was very helpful to our questions and prepared a nice breakfast for us. this villa is a perfect place for privacy. there is a yellow cat with kittens. if you like cats, please feed them. we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment in this nice villa. i would anytime recommend this place and i will come back as soon as possible.

Staff and villa excellent. Lovely villa, garden and pool. Away from main road.

Need to be mindful floors are slippery when wet. Access to villa is down alley, so need to walk from parking area to villa.

Villa Mimpi is set in one of a number of laneways amongst other villas and guesthouses. The lanes can only be accessed by pedestrians or motorcycles. The villa is open-air Balinese style with 2 separate air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms. It has a private pool, a koi pond and includes a washing machine. There are many small cafes/coffee shops close by. The villa’s wonderful caretaker, Saren, is keen to help during you stay and cooks breakfast in your kitchen each morning. A highly recommended choice for an Ubud stay just outside the town centre.

I love the whole villa. It is very private, very big, clean and very nice layout. It is very ideal for a whole family.

My only comment is that you have to walk down an alley by a few meters to get to the villa. That is fine by me but for others in my family, it is not very convenient for them. Another thing is that the steps on the pool are not very visible because there is no break on the pattern of the tiles. It is very dangerous to miss a step and sprain your ankle. Maybe it would be good to put something to separate the steps

Villa Mimpi is a beautiful quiet oasis down a lovely little street, away from the busy streets. It is surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. The villa is well appointed, very comfortable and the pool is lovely. The caretaker Saren takes wonderful care of you, and prepares a beautiful breakfast.

I enjoyed the spacious pool villa at Villa Mimpi in Ubud, with its cosy Balinese garden and the friendly staff who made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

It could improve on its breakfast options.
