Quiet Oasis in the Heart of Old Town- two kitchen,3bath

Location- right in the town. Split level accommodation meant the young adults had their privacy and independence.

It was conveniently close to city needs.

It’s very cramped. And due to the layout, it was rather dark.

It was very well located

Apartments were humid and you could smell that someone had smoked inside. Landlord said that smoking was allowed in the house and it was stated in the advertisement. The only thing I found was that there should have been “designated smoking area” which could have been the terrace in my mind. Also, I was asked to pay 350.- deposit in cash, on the arrival in the house (nothing was communicated before). Then it was communicated the next day that they will come and collect 200.- for deposit. Finally, we ended up paying nothing.

The house was very spacious and everything was there. All facilities are close by and we enjoyed that very much. Also, the host was very kind.

the showers were not the greatest, clogged sometimes. Also the jacuzzi was very very smelly after 2 days, although we hardly used it.
