Beau concept mais très mal exploité et géré. Personnel agréable.

Un manager qui semble inexistant. Heureusement que le personnel est présent pour rattraper le coup. Nous devions avoir une piscine privée ainsi qu'une cuisine. Rien de tout ça. Tout est partagé. Une cuisine mal entretenue et crasseuse (four, gaz et poubelle). Quant aux frigidaires dans les chambres, 15 cm de glace. Il a fallu dégivrer. Il faut également savoir que pour le PDJ, vous n'avez droit qu'à 2 items. Le reste etant payant. Ce que je déplore c'est que le descriptif de l'hôtel mentionne des services et équipements non présents.

Very friendly staff who were happy to help with everything. Kids loved all the pools and exploring all the hidden gems. The show was good and we liked the dinners in the restaurant and at the show

Curtains are thin so let some light in at night. The villas are away from alot of restaurants so you do have to travel to go our for dinner. The restaurant in the villa is really good but after a few nights it is nice to go out.
