Die Villa ist wunderschön, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Garten ist unglaublich grün. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa. Mein Mann und ich hatten unseren 10. Hochzeitstag. Ich habe zur Überraschung eine Blumendekoration und ein Floating breakfast bestellt. Wir hatten auch eine Massage in unserer Villa gebucht und einen Roller ausgeliehen. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb aber mit Grab wurde uns alles an Essen geliefert, was wir uns wünschen und sogar die Einkäufe wurden gebracht. Ein Gym ist auch in der Nähe.

Our stay at Honeymoon Green Villa was by far the worst travel experience we've ever had — and sadly, it happened during our honeymoon. We arrived on 24/09 and stayed for 6 nights. The first villa we were given was completely neglected and unsafe. The garden and pool area looked abandoned, and inside, the wooden floor was unstable and creaking dangerously. The bathroom was fully open without a ceiling, and we immediately found two large green lizards on the walls. That night, it started to rain and the bathroom flooded — we then discovered a rat inside the sink. We repeatedly called staff for help, but no one showed up. The next morning, after expressing our frustration, we were moved to a second villa. Although it initially looked slightly better, problems continued: the bathroom smelled bad, the sheets and pillowcases had visible holes, and despite requesting new linens and proper cleaning every day, the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and empty the bathroom bin. Breakfast was the same every single day, extremely basic and poor. Overall, the level of service was unacceptable, showing complete disregard for guests and a total lack of professionalism. Our honeymoon turned into a nightmare, and this accommodation fell far below even basic expectations. We absolutely do not recommend staying here.

La struttura è davvero magnifica. Villa nel verde con la privacy più assoluta. Camera spaziosa e piscina molto bella. Bagno al chiuso (non è scontato a Bali) che rimane quindi molto pulito (soprattutto la vasca). Abbiamo provato un loro servizio massaggio ed è stato buono per il prezzo che era.

La posizione non è comodissima considerato che raggiungere Ubud in scooter è sempre pericoloso per il traffico. Dovevamo quindi spostarci in taxi la sera per raggiungere la zona centrale di negozi e ristoranti. Come distanza siamo sui 25-30 minuti in taxi. Avrei gradito avere più scelta sulla colazione (poche opzioni) ma devo dire che il quantitativo era abbondante.

C’était très bien ! On est ravi d’avoir été dans cet établissement.

Un peu loin du centre d’Ubus, il faut forcément prendre le taxi, et le choix du petit déjeuner est très limité.
