Checkin - My checkin request was not met which was disappointing at the time but in hindsight wasn’t the end of the world. However, checkout was seamless. The Area - The location is very good; ten minutes walk to the centre of Adeje. The X Sur shopping centre and McDonalds are two minutes walk which was really convenient - there is a taxi rank here too. There is a petrol station across the road too with a cafe (rather expensive for what is provided); I would recommend walking towards the main are of Adeje for better food and prices. There is also a pharmacy at the petrol station as well as a Steakhouse restaurant which smelled divine. Overall amenities are very good and the villa is very accessible. There isn’t really a need to use taxis at all and definitely no need to hire a car. The Villa and Surrounds - The villa itself is lovely and modern. The place was clean and there were a fair amount of cutlery and dishes etc. The outside of the villa is lovely too; the pool is big and gets sun for the most of the day. There was ample space in the downstairs bedroom (two double beds in one room) for storage of clothes however the upstairs bedrooms (two bedrooms both with one double bed) had very little space for storage so maybe more hangers could be provided in future. The showers were in good working order and remained at a constant temperature which was lovely. Overall I would stay here again as the villa is nice and location is very good. The host is also really lovely which makes such a difference. Thank you Ione.

Checkin - unfortunately our request for early checkin that had been approved a few weeks previously wasn’t met. The area - There was construction going on next door for the duration of our stay which was unfortunate as we weren’t made aware of this prior to arrival (one morning the builders were spray painting which was off putting). The noise from construction was minimal though infairness to the builders and it didn’t cause too much of a disruption. The road which the villa is located on is very busy at all times of the day and night so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if that affects you. It didn’t affect us though. The Villa and Surrounds - We did have to buy some plastic cups as there definitely isn't enough cups and glasses available there to cover the amount of people that the villa caters for but that’s only something small. The railing going down into the pool was really rusty and one of the screws was actually missing so the railing was loose which is a little dangerous but I’m sure that will be fixed. There is a glass mosaic at the bottom of the pool so just watch out for that as you could cut your foot. The beds were uncomfortable. Although the villa had been cleaned when we arrived the smell from the drawers and presses in the kitchen was pretty bad; same for the room off the kitchen where the brush and mop are stored. There is a couch in the outside area is shedding its coating.

The pool has some raised writing on the bottom which a few of us cut our feet on, the villa flooded in the rain and there wasn’t air con so would be too hot to sleep in the summer. There also were only 3 sun loungers for an 8 bed villa.

Awful management. turned out and they didn’t even have my name down on their records that I had booked.

A Pool came in on our first proper day to clean the pool. after 5 mins wondered into the villa, went down the garage, switched the electric on and off and walked back up. Luckily my Uncle was following him down to the garage so he couldn’t do anything dodgy. The pool man came back upstairs, left the hose in the pool and told us to take it out after 1 hour and left. 2 hours later we noticed 300 euros missing and a passport missing. absolutely disgusted and the manager of the property were awful and did not sort it out properly. Luckily a lady we knew could speak Spanish and got it sorted. the 300 euro was returned. My uncle had to pay 100 euro for a travel doc to get back to the UK and then pay another £100 in the UK for a new passport. The worst holiday, would not recommended.

Lovely villa very private

The caretaker Natalia was brilliant. Easy to communicate with and very prompt with our requests. We rented 2 villas. The villas were modern, clean, nice pool and kitchen. Request for Villa no.15 as the view is great and you get plenty of sun during the day! -Close to shopping centre -A 15 min walk to the beach -10 min drive to Siam Park

We had to pay extra for the heated pool 100euro (50euro per villa) for 3 days. One of the pool, the heating was working perfectly. The other one (Villa no.10) not so much. The person in charged said it was heated but it felt a little cold to us in comparison to the other pool in the other villa. Be aware that not all rooms has AC. -Lack of toiletries
