Villa Isabella, Luxury Villa with Heated Pool Ocean View in Adeje, Tenerife

The property was clean spacious and modern. Marco was very helpful and provided the extra equipment we needed for the children. Also we had a couple of issues and they were sorted out straight away.

The main problem was the wide steps at the bottom of the main stairs. As although we had a stair gate it didn’t fit over the first three stairs. Probably the property would be better suited for children over five years old. Also you can’t touch the bottom of the swimming pool which is a great shame as the water was lovely and warm and we all spent a lot of time in it.

EVERYTHING! The view is absolutely stunning. The pool is brilliant and warm all day and night. They have sky tv so we enjoyed watching films on the evening. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Same with the kitchen. The owners always helped us with any problems we had like working the tv, getting us taxis and they even dropped our laptop we forgot in the villa at the airport just before we caught our flight home.

It was perfect as the hosts had thought of everything, from pool towels, BBQ to the equipment in the kitchen.

The team at the Villa was very helpful. They gave us a tour of the villa and offered extra information about the surrounding area and island.

Very clean and spacious villa. Exactly as the pictures show. Very peaceful area depending what the neighbours are like at the time of your visit. Would recommend.

The only thing I would say is that if your elderly or have trouble walking you will definitely need car hire as the walk back from the restaurant and shops is all up hill and takes around 20 mins. Apart from that everything was fine.

The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family stay. Rooms are large and spacious, and the pool is heated. Everywhere was clean. Cleaners come once and stay about an hour. Marco communicates well and gets his staff to resolve issues quickly as they arrive! In 15 days we had a TV issue, a blocked shower a noise issue and a broken kettle. Marco was accommodating and approachable. We stayed for 15 nights. He gave us late checkout when asked. Bbq area and kitchen area are fantastic when you have a family. Taxis are easy to get if you download the local taxi app.

The area surrounding the villa is not quiet at night. It was like ibiza party town for a few nights of our stay. After a very bad night we reported this. Not only were the next door neighbours loud, parties do go on! Apart from Marco, the staff assisting when needed and welcoming you speak 0 English. The cleaners left floors dangerously slippy! A hornets nest was by the front door, and they swarmed on hot days. It's not ideal when you have babies like I do. TV is hit and miss. It loses signal alot. Not ideal when you travel with people who want to watch the bug football games. Shower upstairs overflows. With the use of Google Translate, I got it resolved with the maintenance/ welcoming man. If I was to be picky, the rooms underground are hot and.have no signal for phones. Dishwasher does not clean well. This was already reported and promised on a previous review from a customer to be resolved.

Location was quiet with beautiful views. Villa was spacious with fantastic heated pool.

If I was being picky the dishwasher didn’t clean well even on longer settings with pre-washed dishes.
