Location is really good. Calm place with many amazing restaurants around.

That villa doesn’t have air conditioning. It was horrible because all of us always were wet and sweat especially during the night. We were told that it’s not popular in Tenerife to have A/C, but that’s not true. Thanks to Lindsay, she managed to provide remote AC unit for our room. But it doesn’t solve a problem for others. In my point of view if you pay such amount of money, AC must be provided during 21th century. (Spain territory)

quiet place, and short walk to many restaurants, super fine restaurants and small supermarket.

we had no problems at all.
