923 The accommodation was very good. The location is good. The apartment was functional and comfortable. The swimming pool, which could also be heated, was an extra bonus. The staff was friendly

The problem was the refund of the 500 euro deposit required by the accommodation. The refund was not returned and I had to ask for it several times. In the end, the payment was only partially refunded. It is worth being careful with that. I was charged an extra 150 euro for fictitious reasons. The apartment was checked with the staff on departure and there were no problems at that time. I pointed out some things that were not breakages, but things that they should notice, such as the leaking toilet seat downstairs, which I had temporarily stopped. The toilet seat flushing system only needed to be repaired, but I was then charged for it because I had not let the water drain. I think the owner of the accommodation did not act properly.

Whatsapp communication with the host and person who delivered the key on the day of arrival and one day prior, they were waiting for us upon arrival to explain and give welcome. Both were available via whatsapp during the stay and responded very fast to any questions and gave advice as requested for restaurants etc. Bed are comfortable with good pillows (6/bed), shutters on the windows of 2 bedrooms, both bathrooms where clean and supplied with shampoo etc as well as a good working hairdryer and towels. Kitchen had all tools needed and some essentials like herbs and oil, coffeepads, washingpowder, etc. Pool is wonderfull, we requested the extra heating and where able to spend a lot of time in the pool. The view is beautiful.

Beautiful new facilities with views of the sea. Airco in the bed rooms kept us nice and cool during the night. Great location to explore the popular south coast. We had to pool heated and enjoyed it a lot esp. In the evenings. We had some loud neighbors on the first night but this was rapidly resolved.

Villa was wonderful, calm place, nice view, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Communication was very clear and in time. Our family spent very good vacation there. I appreciate for good emotions there! I totally recommend to rent this villa if you want to relax in good way!
