All the family really loved this place. Very convenient for big families to build great memories. The hostess was very friendly and very responsive.

Unfortunately we couldn't have any warm water in the master bedroom of one of the houses. Even they tried to fix it, we couldn't get it during the 4 days. We had to go to the other house in order to take a shower bath. Other than that, everything was great.

The location was central to everything. The host communicated well and provided all the information needed. The pool, multiple bathrooms, and the bedrooms were perfect for the group. We took advantage of the massages and that was perfect.

Some of the guest complained of the water not getting hot, also water under the sink in the bathroom was dripping.

The property was spacious. I was traveling with a group of 16 friends and we had more than enough room. The host were great. They helped us throughout the way with restaurant reservations and helped us get a chef for two meals which was amazing! Jonathan was great and responsive and able to help with any small issues that arrived.

The only thing that would be helpful is a smart lock or 2 sets of keys. But I would stay again.

I loved the design, spaciousness and overall cleanliness. Responsiveness to issues were promptly resolved and the concierge service was amazing! They were essential to our events success and ensured an amazing memory and exceptional time had by all.

The property has plumbing issues. After a few day mist room smelled, I assumed due the the shower drains in the same sewer line as the toilets. Some of the bathrooms had rust on the metal and some drawers in the dressers where broken. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms in the pool house, due to the smell.

Jonathan the host was exceptional, any maintenance problem he resolved straight away and was always available to give us advice on the local area and help with booking and taxis, such a great guy it was a pleasure to meet him

2 of the bedrooms had toilets in the bedroom with no door
