EKO STAY Gold- CHESTNUT VILLA

We hosted a birthday party for my best friend at this property and it went fabulous. Our host also helped us get cake and did not charge us for the cake. On top of that we were also helped with food options nearby as we do not have any idea of that area.

We booked this villa on this website without knowing anything about this company or the property. It was a last minute decision. The best part about last minute plans is that there is an element of surprise about the whole thing and tbh this was a great last minute plan. We had a great time at this property.

Main Bunglow was good, additional 2 bedrooms near kitchen area were not upto the mark.

we had paid entire stay amount only food amount was pending. for the pending amount i was chased very badly by the facility incharge. We were in the facility, such bad chasing by the facility incharge as if we wont pay the pending food amount. ON TOP OF THAT : Dinner was served by 11:30 pm that to not ibn adeqaute quantity. I ate last after fire fighting with facility incharge / owner / cook. That to food was cold when we last 4-5 people ate. A VERY HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT

The staff is very keen on vacating the property next day they switched off the lights and fans and geysers not working and the jacuzzi were not cleaned properly and no hot water service. Facilities are good but not taken care of by the staff and owner also is just interested in making money and no service is given against it. Waste of money and time.

The generator not working and lights go off and they can't do anything about it . Owner is just minting money and not interested in providing service for family. I had gone with my family geysers were not working and cleanliness is not maintained. Unhygienic for family. Big no for this property for family. Waste of money Lights and amenities not working plus not allowed to use the pool next day they have timings. You cannot have timing when you have booked the whole villa for your self. Never book this bungalow as the approach is too bad

Property is in khopoli to visit imagica this is best option The property is spacious clean and wonderful Outdoor space is good clean with trees and grass Food arrangement was very well done and it was yummy Would love to come again ☺️

The staff at the property were good, Rooms clean. Food well made and hygienic.

The person to contact is least helpful and downright rude. Check in is around 2PM, so adamant that they wont even open the gates till 1pm. check out is 11 am, so strict that they literally wanna throw you out. Pool area, dirty, glass bottles and cig buds strewn around. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.
