That was an amazing experience! The villas are totally new and extremely comfortable ! The stuff are here all the time to provide you the extra comfort and to answer all your questions !

The villa is situated within a complex of modern Villas with three spacious bedrooms and 3 good sized bathrooms. Kitchen was fully fitted and lounge size was good. All rooms are air-conditioned. Pool was of good size. Ample parking on-site. Belek town center just a 7-minute drive away. Forsa Mall, which has big Migros supermarket, is 4-5 minutes drive. The beach is also a short 7-minute drive away, and the Land of Legends theme park and Shopping avenue is just 5 minutes from the villa. There are dining options both on the road leading to the villa and in the town center. The villas are cared for by a dedicated husband-and-wife team, led by Niazi, who is always available to assist guests. His exceptional work ethic and support truly enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Villa was comfortable, clean and the stay was excellent

The garden is not well-maintained, with burnt grass due to the hot weather and lack of watering the grass. This detracts from the pool and outdoor areas. The owner mentioned this is due to seawater underground, but the local council plans to switch to river water soon. Unfortunately, there was no privacy between the villa and the neighboring property, which is disappointing for a high-end complex. We hope the owners address this issue to improve the experience for future guests. The sofas had visible stains, likely from previous guests, and there were marks on the walls from water leakage. These issues could be addressed to enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the villa.

Very nice villa with private pool and a lot of facilities. Good location but you need a car, perfect air conditioning, wifi and super host Mister Hussein !

There is not enough privacy between the gardens of the villa's. Small trees were planted but didn't survive. I saw this on the pictures before but hoped they were replaced. There is no coffee machine in the kitchen. There is grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine but no coffee....so i brought my own.
