Please note that guests are required to comply fully with all Moroccan tourist laws and regulations. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. The tenant must be able to provide passport for all the people that will be hosted on arrival & shall be held accountable for any wrongdoing or damaged inflicted on the proprety by those people. The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00am to 8:00pm during the summer and from 9:00am to 7:00pm during the other seasons. The swimming pool is an unsupervised area, and we accept no responsibility in the event of drowning or accident. Noise or loud music or other disturbances likely to distrub the peace of surrounding proprety is not permitted. Marriage certificates are only required for Moroccans; tourists of any other nationality are not concerned at all. The check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. Arrival time must be agreed in advance. Late arrivals are possible from 18:00, but an additional fee of 250 MAD will be charged on arrival. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or on the terrace outside. Smoking illegal substances or any other drugs is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach or attempted breach of these regulations and the laws in force in Morocco, the residence's security team reserves the right to immediately alert the competent authorities. The deposit may be retained and the booking canceled without notice and without refund. All legal and financial consequences are the sole responsibility of the tenants. Animals are not permitted in the villa. However, you may encounter dogs or cats belonging to residents of the condominium in the common areas. The villa does not have any animals. A guard dog for the condominium is present at the entrance to the residence.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
