Luxury 3 Bedroom Pool Villa

Fabulous decor and very clean

The villa is beautiful, equipped with all needed amenities. The house is well taken care of and we really felt at home. The pool is a lot bigger than it looks like in the pictures, which was a great surprise! The host was super attentive. All 6 of us loved our stay and will be back for sure!

The bathroom upstairs could use a proper shower since there was only a jacuzzi bathtub. Another thing was the AC. Unfortunately, there was only one AC in the whole house which was not enough to cool all the rooms and the livingroom.

Spacious villa, big living room, private gated parking, heated floor. clean! Hot tub was operational, although in the booking it said otherwise. it was a nice surprise. There are some games and a PlayStation 4 which the kids enjoyed playing Owner communicative - although we really didn't meet him face to face (all through WhatsApp) Some may not like the location, but for us it was great, outside the crowded and congested capital. there are some good places to grab something to eat, just 15m drive from the property. a car is a must.

It lacks some minor detailing which could make this place from great to excellent - There is a single shower - only at the ground floor, so be prepared to go down from your room at the first floor to take a shower. it was also not well maintained, the water wasn't draining properly (we had some "floods") - hope that was fixed. There is a locked room - which I suspect is another shower - but it was locked. the owner said it is 'not for us' In general, there were some maintenance issues, across the board, some kitchen doors not closing properly, etc. The towels - they were clean, although all of them were small ones. Many of the closest (in the ground floor especially) are full with some 'trash leftovers', I would suggest to clean them up... There is a coffee machine, but there's no kettle, so we boiled water 'old school'. There is a laundry washer - but detergents were not provided; would be nice it they were. Extra pillows, would be great. TV - the ones in the rooms, don't expect to use them, no channels. Some instructions how to operate the heating, laundry washer would be great. Also - the 'customer notice' page (do's and don'ts) - would be great if it was translated to English. The above are easy fixes, hope the owner takes this feedback seriously. In terms of price, IMO it was a bit pricy. Lastly, there were some cameras installed around the premises, felt a bit uncomfortable. some disclaimer about their existence and use would be great.

Private villa with a pool and a hot tub. Private parking lot that was big enough for 2 cars. Comfortable outdoor furniture. The owner was very communicative and responded really fast.

Everything was great! Kitchen completely equiped with all you would possibly need. Spacious living room. Swimming pool was great.
