Enjoyed the entire experience. Maria the hostess who met us was wonderful - very nice and accommodating. The villa was spectacular, with a beautiful location high above the port of Hydra.

The bathroom needed a little minor maintenance. This didn't effect our stay.

Very beautiful and well-maintained, clean with a very nice view. even had a private balcony.

It’s a bit hard to get to and a steep climb up. Visitors should come with backpacks, or used the mules and donkeys. But this is can also be said about other properties as well.

The view from the terraces are stunning. A peaceful and beautiful property.

This isn't a dislike, but be prepared for a steep climb from the harbor.

Getting up to the apartment was near on imposible, we had to carry our suitcases up 20 minutes of stairs…

It's a beautiful apartment no doubt and very well maintained.

We booked as a family and informed the property at the moment of booking that we will be travelling with a toddler and a newborn. We even asked for the downstairs apartment to avoid unnecessary stairs. The day before we arrived I asked if there were any stairs involved to the property and we were told "climbing stairs is the way" and if we need help there is a donkey service. When we asked how many stairs and that we have a pram and suitcases we didn't get an answer Until we arrived. and it turns out there are 15 minutes of ONLY steep stairs up to the accommodation. We informed the Concierge that we needed help and the person on the phone was beyond rude unfortunately saying nothing can be done now but we can go ask around at the harbour. For the return we could book the donkey. It took us 1.5 hours to carry everything up including the pram and the kids. We have travelled to other islands such as Santorini, serifos etc without issues as we were always informed about the stairs when booking apartments and could always make sure we book STH where we can get around as a family. We would have under no circumstances booked this place had we known there was no way we could use our pram during the entire holiday and had to carry both our kids every day up and down the hill. This lack of communication from the moment of booking, unavailable information on the description and rude dealing with the challenge is unacceptable. Should anyone have mobility issues this needs to be clearly marked as it would be a nightmare for anyone arriving with challenges walking up so many steps
