Horta's villa - private heatable Pool

Location, peaceful area but pleasant walk to the marina/town Fantastic pool area and facilities and helpful owner/manager who went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

Villa provided lots of space and amenities. Great to have the option of a heated pool. AIrcon/heating in the rooms worked well. Margaret the host was exceptionally helpful. Great tip about using Uber for the trips back up the hill to the villa.

Nothing really. Minor thing is a lack of plug sockets near the sofas?

The size of it. Our adult children and spouses all had their own rooms so we felt we all had privacy. The location was great to explore the Algarve area and beaches.

It was too cold to use the pool as we wanted…we only swan one day.

The villa was absolutely fantastic. It is finished to a very high standard, was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could possibly need including a generous supply of dishes and cutlery. The villa is very spacious and the outside areas are gorgeous and very secure for young children. The heated pool was perfect for everyone. The villa is in a quiet residential area but only a short walk from the marina and old town...about 20 mins. Our host was very attentive and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.

Så dejligt et hus, massere af plads, lækker poolområde, tydeligt at der var nyrenoveret og generelt lækkert. Servicen fra Margaret side var ud over standart, hun anbefalede gode restauranter, lod os komme ind i huset før tid og hun sørgede for at vi skulle gå rundt med vores bagage på afrejsedagen. Der blev sørget for billig transport til og fra lufthavnen, hvilket virkelig rart og anbefalelsesværdigt.

Villa is modern, spacious, well equipped in a lovely quiet area. Nice sized pool with plenty of loungers. 15-20min walk to the marina or old town (€6 taxi to either if you don’t fancy the walk). Nice restaurants within a few mins and access to supermarkets. Hosts were really responsive and professional from booking and throughout the stay. When we visit Lagos again we will be looking to book another stay.

The property is in a quiet part of Lagos and is totally private. It has everything needed for a 3-generational family of 8.

The hill up from Avenue de Republica! But Uber rides are very cheap and readily available.
