"Perfect for familys and friends."

The villa was spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, everything we needed was in the house. Perfect swimming pool, barbecue, long chairs. Kostas the host was very helpful and available all the time for any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Really clean, felt very safe here, loved the blackout blinds, had everything we needed. Loved that it was quiet and slightly away from the town but short walk to supermarket one was and amazing bakery the other! Kostas really helpful with advice on where to visit and if there were any problems.

Can’t fault it.

Amazing villa with quality everything from bedding to kitchen equipment. This is not a cheaply built house intended for rental you can feel it was built with love, thoughtfulness and high quality materials making for a luxury stay! Pictures on the app don’t do it justice… Sparkling clean Great base to explore Zakynthos although you may find you don’t want to leave the villa! Super accommodating host, nothing is too much trouble!

"Everything we had hoped for plus more!"

The whole experience was fabulous. Well appointed, super little pool for cooling off and working out. gardens beautiful rooms excellent air con gorgeous! Kostas is a brilliant host 24/7 if needs be but we needed little but his knowledge of locality etc.

"Two bedroom modern curated Villa with immaculate grounds."

Love the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail. the style is very fresh and modern. I like that the noise level was very quiet and the walls were soundproof. Loved that there are 3 bathrooms! Bed mattresses were so comfortable . Really exceptional beds. Location is good. Kitchen is easy to use, tho very small. We really enjoyed the balconies.

The stairs! Definitely not for older people with knee problems. There was no handrail on the stairs. Master/Primary bedroom was upstairs and would prefer a downstairs master. Also, the overall size, square footage, was smaller than expected. The air con was easy to control. Pool is not heated and temperatures were lower than is usual for June.
