Great location. House is clean. Possible to get sunbath in the end of feb. Pool may be too cold for long swimming in february. Nice quiet neihbourhood. Plenty of parking space in street. Shops are nearby, 2 minutes walking. Centre of Nerja 20 mins walking.

"Not worth going there outside the summer months"

The host was helpful and accommodating with the small issues we brought to her.

The state of the house does not correspond to the pictures in Booking.com. Paint is falling off from the walls outside. The "solar panels" are not heating the pool at all in November so it is impossible to use the pool. The house was much colder during the day than the temperature outside. There was sun only for a very short time during the day to really make use of the terrace. One needs to use the air conditioning which automatically stops after at most 2 hours. The furniture is quite old, and the beds are partly broken and not comfortable. Some of the electical appliances were not really functional. There was also a huge ant infestation.

Exactly as described, friendly and communicative hosts, property had everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. Stefanie went the extra mile with a surprise gift for our wedding anniversary celebration which was lovely and kind of her.

There was a bit more noise from the sports ground opposite than we had anticipated but nothing at night / early morning so did not really bother us. If it would bother you check the event schedules beforehand (we were there when the large scale Nerja cross country run was hosted there)

The villa offers all facilities you need. It was clean, located within walking distance from the center and with enough parking spaces in front of the house. Thanks to the solar panels the pool water has the perfect temperature, even in November.
