In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. I just think they could replace the lounges Comfortably but need updating The I’m thinking cat scratch marks in the lounge are uncomfortable to sit on

We had a good stay with this house. It is clean, comfy and a very quiet place which is next to a golf course, very beautiful place. I like the mattress, and I did have a good sleep. Will come back next time. Recommend it.

"Great location and great for families but needs some work to make it more comfortable."

The location was perfect The size of the rooms was perfect. Outdoor patio area was nice with views of the golf course.

The state of the lounge and side chairs was disgraceful. I ended up putting the extra linen over them to cover the stains and marks. It also had a bad smell for the first couple of days. The picture on this site is not how it is. There’s only 2 parts to the big lounge, no little table. Dishwasher needed to be run twice on a couple of uses as it didn’t clean properly. Light bulbs blown and not replaced in 2 rooms. No bbq available - would be good at a holiday place.
