No air conditioning in living room and just a bit far out from coral bay

Everything was super

Lovely big house amongst the banana plantations. There are mandarine trees in the garden, it's a nice scent. The location is quiet and child friendly. Friendly host. Comfortable beds.

The water pump buzzes every couple of minutes. I didn't realise it needed turning off until the second day, so the first night it was really hard to sleep with the noise. The kitchen tools needs some updating, the hot water is pretty limited, you have to plan ahead for a shower and have a really quick one.

Lovely location. All rooms spacious. Great swimming pool. Lambros (the host) was the most helpful owner we have met. Hope to be back next year.

If any criticism it is more traditional than modern

Our expectations were met on the whole. The pool was great, cleaned twice a week. Views were excellent. Quiet and peaceful. The owner, Lambas, was superb. had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms and he fixed it within a couple of hours.

The wicker chairs outside were a little hard and uncomfortable if you were wearing shorts or a swimming costume. I would suggest having removable/washable cushions, so as not to leave marks on the backs of your legs. Jacuzzi bath didn't work.

An enjoyable stay. Plenty of space, well laid out. Nice little welcome pack. Villa is in a nice location and not directly overlooked. Good timely communication to any queries.

Unusually there wasn't any information pack regarding equipment or facilities, but to be fair, any queries were answered quickly.
