Peace and quiet

We found the sitting room very small but used the outside space more x

the villa could not be faulted except for the ‘what didn’t you like section’ - the location was great but it’s best to have a car to get to Almyrida although you can walk (about 10 minutes) to local restaurants - we went to Takis nearly every other night!! outside space was fabulous but in an absolute ideal world it would be great to have more comfy seating outside - it was immaculate on arrival, pool was a really generous size

the inside living area was pretty small but for the time of year we went (middle two weeks of August) was very warm it wasn’t necessary but it would have been a nice addition to have somewhere comfy to watch some tv during the evening, just to lounge about and also because I don’t sleep well it would have been brilliant to have had the option but it in no way caused any upset

Very well equiped villa, clean and comfortable with clean and large private pool. Car is advised if you want to go to grocery or Almyrida. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The pool and views were a highlight. Plaka is a nice little village.

The kitchen was a bit dated but ok. The lower patio area needs improving.

Excellent location very close to a small village with two small supermarkets and a surprisingly large number of restaurants, and a nice pub with karaoke and live sports games. A small drive to the coast leads to a slightly larger village, with a few beach clubs, restaurants, boat rentals. The villa itself is traditionally Greek with stone walls, dark wood furniture, shutters etc. So lovely! Large garden, large pool, lovely barbecue place, three terraces. Inside is designed quite smart, making good use of the space. Spacious bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Kitchen is equipped very comprehensively. Last but not least: the sunsets are magical and the sea view unforgettable!

The only downsides are the relatively hard matresses and the limited supply of hot water, but the latter is a matter of smart planning.

The villa is stunning and very convenient. Amazing pool, quiet and nice neighborhood, close to many areas to visit.
