Location - close to a lovely beach Property well equipped Spacious & lovely private garden & pool

Air conditioning would have made it a more comfortable stay. Although there were lots of fans, air conditioning work have been a better option.

"Fabulous house!"

Amazing house in an amazing location. I would definitely stay again. Very close access to a nice beach and within walking distance to ruins of a castle on the hillside overlooking the ocean. When we arrived, we met the owners father who let us in. He was very nice and gave us some helpful information about things to do in the area and places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying in this house if you plan to visit southern Portugal.

I think communication regarding check in could have been a bit better. We were instructed to text the housekeeper an hour before arrival and she was to let us in. We texted her twice but she never responded. I think contactless check in would have been easier for both parties. Thankfully the owners father was at the house when we arrived so we were able to get in but the housekeeper didn't show up until 3 hours later and was angry that we never called her. We also had to share three bath towels between four people. There was a washing machine so we made do but extra linens would have been nice.

We are a family of 5 and had a lovely quiet, relaxing stay in this pretty villa in a fab location in the middle of lots of beach locations(some of which you need a car for). The pool and the outside dining space are the best features whilst the rooms were comfortable but beds very basic.

Better quality beds for this otherwise fantastic villa.
