THE HIDDEN TREE CANGGU 100 meter to beach

Location to beach and layout.

It was close to the beach. We were a bit unlucky with the weather. Rained a lot while we were in the villa and couldn't really use the beach to get around. the villa decor was lovely. bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was lovely and cool. The villa had a washing machine, iron and ironing board which came in handy.

The taxi drivers could never find the villa, so we would go to the resort next door and order our taxis from there. The villa needed a kettle, there was a microwave but a kettle would have been better. we were only serviced every 3 days, every 2 would have been perfect.

Our host really made everything easy from key collection to supplying us with enough drinking water for ou4 entire stay which was a nice surprise. The pool is gorgeous, beds comfortable, beach towels and lovely vegetation everywhere. A real haven. Also a small kitchen which came in very handy.

I'll rate a 7.5 for my stay, but I think the villa has great potential and deserves a strong rating. Come with Smart TV and Netflix in the living room. A beautiful villa all in all, where you can easily host a party in the villa.

Some doors and hinges could absolutely use a little repair and maintenance. Only 1 cloth is in the kitchen, the villa could provide more cloth for cleaning tables or drying utensils. I couldn't find tools to wipe the floor when something spilled, we were using toilet rolls for all cleaning. The villa could stand by tools and provide some kitchen towel paper. Shampoo/shower liquid comes in a bottle instead of a dispenser, it was extremely difficult to use them. Although it's near the beach, the road to the beach is not properly paved, and it only gets worst on rainy days.

Great location, off the street the now busy streets of Canguu but close distance to walk to beach clubs, beach, cafes and restaurants. Very clean, attentive host and a gorgeous villa.
