Villa Hakem Elegant and modern 4 bedrooms villa pool view

Housekeeping was always there even when we don’t need him. He even cleaned our shoes when we were gone for the day. I had a cut and they went all out to buy antiseptic for me and even offered to clean my wound. Pool was nice as well. The living room was great! Huge and spacious. It even came with very sweet fruits! We had 2 huge bottle of water provided to us as well. Our trash was cleared everyday.

No space to put luggage on like another chair and very little hook to hang stuff as well. Toilet sink is quite high. Suggest putting a stool for short people. Towels had stain but we can smell that it has been washed. Perhaps use bleach as the towels are white. Provide slippers for walking in and out of the house?

The friendly, helpful & welcoming staff. The layout of the whole villa was wonderful The beautiful breakfast made by staff. Komang looked after us & our valuables, very accommodating. Looking out to rice fields.

Was a little way out but the property & staff made up for it. Once you find your way around it’s no problem

prime location not to close to the city centre but not to far away. Made and Putu the staff absolutely amazing people and could not have been more helpful.

Great team of staffs. Took care of our arrangements even well before the stay dates. Check in and out was a breeze. Villa is clean, pool is beautiful and clear, location is quiet.

Bedding could be better, location was a bit hard to find.
