The owner Tony, the swimming pool and the House itself

The House is a beautiful location built 20 years ago, so it needs a renewal specially the air conditioning in the common area.

Pool

Villa v disappointing & did not meet description unlike other x2 villas we stayed in which were both superb - stained mattresses & old bedding -fleas in x2 of the 4 beds - companions had bites on their skin - cracked tile in living area safety hazard - steep 20 min walk to villa not accurately described & not suitable for walking - this was not not defined in spec - villa smells damp - left jug of water which was left on fridge had insect in situ

Great location/ view from top balcony. Not too far from shops / beach, but far enough to be peaceful at night. Tony was great and very helpful with anything we needed.

An excellent location - within 15 minutes walk of the beach/main part of town, although I'd recommend getting a motorbike still. The pool and top floor of the villa has incredible views and there's some floaties for the pool which is also great. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is strong. The house is large and generally in good shape. This is a great place for a group to stay.

My main complaint is no air conditioning in the living rooms/common areas other than the bedrooms. This can make it pretty unbearable to spend time there on Koh Tao's hot and humid days and nights. Additionally, the lighting in the bathrooms (especially the second floor one) is extremely dim - there's just exposed wiring in both bathrooms where the mirror light should be.

Very nice view from the swimming pool and roof terras. The house was very neat and clean. Owners are very nice and knows everything from the island. So ask them advice.

It's a small walk (15 minutes) down/up to the beach-area, but that will keep you healthy.
