Nothing just the place is literally amazing

Prachtige villa, zeer mooie, simpele en serene inrichting. Heerlijke bedden, goeie warme douches en het zwembad was perfect. De buurt is heel leuk, veel lekkere eet- en koffietentjes en doordat de villa aan een scooter-pad ligt kan je het makkelijkst Gojek of Grab gebruiken als vervoer. Onze driver heeft ons wel tot aan de deur gebracht, maar dat doen niet alle taxi’s. Millen onze host was zeer vriendelijk en accuraat. Ze stond altijd voor ons klaar en antwoordde snel via whatsapp. Al met al een erg fijne ervaring!

Wij vonden het geen probleem maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het scooterpad voor de deur storend is als je echt een ‘zen’ plek zoekt om tot rust te komen. In de slaapkamers hoor je er niks van maar in het woongedeelte/bij het zwembad is het goed te horen. Hou hier rekening mee als je boekt.

The villa is beautifully decorated, though some furniture had minor stains. Daily cleaning service was provided, and the staff replied to messages fairly quickly.

1. Insufficient hot water supply. The water heater can only store 80 liters of hot water, and the manager claimed it was enough for a 20-minute shower. This means that even though the villa has two bathrooms, you simply cannot use them at the same time or you will end up taking a cold shower. During our two-night stay, we had to take two cold showers. The first time, even after waiting for an hour, there was still no hot water. We reported the issue twice, and the staff came to inspect and repair the heater, but no compensation or partial refund was offered—only a promise of a discount for our next stay. Honestly, who would dare book again after this experience? 2. Lack of respect for privacy. While checking the water heater, the staff noticed that we had ordered a floating breakfast from an outside vendor. They took photos without our permission and later messaged us, saying that we were not allowed to bring outside vendors without their approval as the property owner. However, there is no such policy listed anywhere on there Booking.com page. At check-out, they repeatedly asked us to leave a five-star review on Booking, but they absolutely do not deserve five stars. If you don’t mind taking cold showers and having your privacy violated—such as being photographed without consent during your stay—then this place might be suitable for you. Otherwise, I would strongly not recommend it.

Séjour parfait à la Casa Diola. La villa est sublime, très propre, bien équipée et idéalement située à Canggu, proche de tout. La piscine est magnifique et parfaitement entretenue. Genter, le manager, est toujours à l’écoute et trouve rapidement des solutions pour que tout se passe bien. La villa se trouve au bord d’une petite piste de scooters, mais cela ne pose aucun problème : le bruit est très léger et l’endroit est parfaitement sécurisé. Le personnel est très gentil, discret et toujours aux petits soins. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Living and dining area not enclosed so became very hot. Mosquitos were a problem due to not being fully enclosed and our children got bitten quite badly
