Gaia - 4 Bedroom House in Larnaca

Excellent location, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable, excellent air conditioning

The pool was not well-maintained: the smell of chlorine was very strong, the pool mechanisms were not working properly, causing the water level to drop significantly, and the water was not filtered. Additionally, there was no pool net available. The pool's liner was detached in several places. The pool's staircase was broken, and the maximum depth of the pool was only 1.30 meters throughout. One of the wardrobes in the main bedroom was a mess, filled with thrown items and messy bedsheets. Shampoo/ conditioner (hair) or a decent shower gel was not available, and the shower telephone in the main bedroom was broken.

The location was great walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and our Cypriot family. The Villa was a great size with everything we needed.

The pool could have been bigger but we knew it was small on booking. At least we had a pool.

Great location, lovely spacious villa that felt like home for a week! Reginos was very kind, friendly and helpful… Would 100% recommend a stay here :)
