Gostei de tudo, a casa é exatamente do jeitinho das fotos, a casa tem de tudo, confortável, uma energia maravilhosa. Meus dias foram Incríveis neste lugar, os anfitriões são maravilhosos. Parabéns

Poderia ter disponibilidade de algumas cadeiras mais confortáveis.

The house itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, there were a number of issues that made our stay less than ideal. For starters, the sliding glass doors didn’t lock properly, leaving the house essentially open to anyone who could slide them open. This was particularly concerning in the master bedroom, which has three sliding doors that also don't lock—meaning you’re essentially sleeping with the doors wide open. Another major problem was the lack of privacy. There were staff and workers constantly coming in and out of the house. One night, I woke up at 2 a.m. to someone outside our window watering the grass—an odd and unsettling experience. We also had an issue with extra charges. Although the house accommodates 15 people, we only had 11, but the owner insisted we pay extra because we originally booked for 9. This felt unfair, especially since the price for the booking didn't change regardless of the number of guests. We also only had 11 people for only the first 3 days of the booking as by the 4th day 5 people had left and we were only a group of 6. Everything in the house comes with a fee. If you want filtered water, you have to pay for it. If you want to use the washing machine, you also have to pay. The lady who works at the house even asked us to buy our own garbage bags because they didn’t have any, which was absurd. I refused, and she ended up buying them herself. There were also maintenance issues. One of the beds in the larger upstairs bedrooms was broken, and we weren’t informed of this beforehand. It wasn’t until five days into our stay that they brought a new bed. Similarly, there was no microwave, and they didn’t provide one until the day before we left.

All of these inconveniences were made worse by the constant interruptions from staff coming and going, which robbed us of any sense of privacy. The couch in the living room was also filthy, covered in stains. When I brought up these concerns to one of the workers, the owner called me and began yelling at me, accusing me of being ungrateful and saying that the property was safe. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his unprofessional tone, he dismissed it, claiming it was just the way he talks. As a property owner renting out a house at such a high price, he needs to be open to feedback and treat guests with respect. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The lack of privacy, maintenance issues, additional hidden costs, and the owner's unprofessional behavior made for a very disappointing experience. The owner could certainly benefit from learning how to communicate with guests in a more respectful and professional manner.
