Villa Luštica, Spacious 4-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

The villa is big and spacious. Suitable for bigger partyes. Pool and amendmenties are nice. Its equipped with all you need and has a spectecular view.

Its bit away from all the attractions and restaurants, its not reacheble without a car.

The people we dealt with were really nice people. We had an issue but the staff were great and everything got sorted to our satisfaction. The villa has a beautiful location and Montenegro and its people are fantastic.

:( Here’s the short summary of our stay: 1st day, arrived from Serbia from a lengthy trip to find that house is soooo secluded, and welcomed with NO water in the fridge! came with 2 cars where no one had said that there literally no road so for the families with kids it can seem very dangerous. On a Monday evening there was a little storm, so we went to bed to be woken up buy scared kids in the middle of the night due to the storm in a house with no electricity! So, ok we put the kids back to bed and went to sleep. In the morning we woke up with NO electricity and NO water!! We left the house 8am, to return only at 7pm where the water/electricity was back. Tuesday evening we were just talking and socialising when the storm went on again, and at 10pm we lost electricity/water AGAIN! Same story, scared kids no lights! In the morning (this morning) again NO electricity/water so AGAIN needed to leave the house for the day! Guess what! It happened again for the 3rd consecutive day!

So, reading all about ou"highlights" which I have shared with Lisa (owner) and got only her empathy! I can understand electricity failures, but why am I the only party paying for it??! Oh btw, the house has a generator set but it doesn't work - irony! For the money they're asking you could do much much better in Montenegro!! Not to mention that there's no road to the house so my car is all scratched :(

Location was stunning overlooking Adriatic Sea and Mamula Island. Views from villa were breath taking and host was very informative and attentive sorted collection of keys from colleague who was extremely helpful. 4 of us stayed but even if capacity of 8 were, there is plenty of space for relaxing, eating and all rooms except bathrooms have air con so stayed cool and comfortable at night! Great facilities in villa, plenty of clean towels and even had pool towels, hairdryer, iron, toaster, washing machine all comforts of home and luxury fittings. Pool was fabulous for cool dip and float in the exceptionally high temperatures! Plenty of space for loungers and sunbathing! Outside terraces are huge! Plenty of space for entertaining! Would definitely return and recommend to stay here! 😍

Everything was great for us, we always have a hire car on holiday and enjoy travelling to visit other areas. But just to be aware there are no restaurants or shops in walking distance to the villa so a car is a necessity, also as it is on the Lustica peninsula, anyone wanting to visit Kotor, Perast, Budva and Sveti Stefan needs to give plenty of time to travel to other places as traffic is bad on main roads, there is only one road in and around the bay towards Kotor and Budva. Also, there is an unnamed stone track on last leg of journey to villa which some may find difficult to navigate but we are used to slightly off road locations so again not a problem to us in our SUV !
