"Check in issue except that it was a great experience!!"

Beautiful villa with private pool.

They didn’t communicate the contact number of caretaker. We kept trying on their only available marketing number and no one was responding. In odd hours we were hell worried. Finally after several attempts the number was answered and thereafter everything was good. Staff was courteous and apologetic.

Nice villa in a great location. Serene and quiet surroundings yet not too far from Ubud Centre. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance. Friendly and responsive 24 hour hotel service. Great place to chill out.

The service was great. cafe right on the corner was awesome for a quick meal. Water jug always full and daily cleaning was nice.

Doors didn't move smoothly and left gaps so mosquitos got in alot. The outdoor bathroom resulted in the same issue. Also had alot of critters attempt to get into the room from the bathroom.

"Very mixed feelings..."

Very friendly staff. Nice concept of villa. Close to main Points of Interest.

Bay be we were not lucky and got a villa L2, but the villa is not well maintained. Now it's far far from the photos. The sliding rooms doors are hardly working and the lock does not secure them properly, can be easily open with proper strength. The bathtub is super dirty, looks like never had a proper clean. Metal parts of The showers and taps are all coveted by calcium plaque. The wooden traps in the bathrooms are covered by mold and mushrooms. There is a service room on a pool side and it was really weird to see the pillows and blankets in it together with brushes and garbage. To a host - do a proper fixing and cleaning to keep tourists happy!

The location was nice. Calm neighbourhood. The staff was always available to help. We had 2 geckos as unexpected guests and the staff helped us very much to safely put them away.

When we got there, the 1st bedroom had a soul smell but that was rectified as soon as it was addressed. The lights seemed low for night time but it didn't hinder any activity.
