"great villa for a quick stop over with a large group"

suited our needs, to be close to wedding location, the kids loved the pool. Lovely breakfast delivery easy to order by local cafe, with details provided in the kitchen. each bedroom [3] was a self contained bed & bath, we had mattresses on the floor for kids which worked well as there was 9 of us

slippy stairs for kids, no matter how many times we warned them but just extra care needed, there is one bedroom downstairs if not confident using stairs

"Horrible stay in dirty house, to avoid"

- quiet location out of Ubud center - nothing else

- dirty house: bedsheets full of stains, smelly towels, spider webs under the bed, fungus growing on the walls, bathroom not cleaned for long time, dining table very dirty - very humid house with no ventilation - swimming pool not clean full of algae growing on the sides - fridge and freezer in bad condition PHOTOS ADVERTISED ARE NOTE SHOWING THE REALITY - the house needs a good cleanup and renovation before hosting new people

Friendly owner Nice place for chilling near swimpool Comfortable bed Good quality for the money overall

Aircon blows only, no cold air Some pest control is needed (ants inside room) Bathroom could be better (cleaner)
