Value for money was exceptional. Beautiful property. Location for us was perfect.

Nothing major. Although there were two toilets in the downstairs rooms, there’s no other toilet / bathroom for communal use downstairs. It would be handy to have given you have the pool there and it’s the main living area. Apart from that, it was beautiful.

Beautiful villa, just like the photos and great for our group of 10. Arranging in Villa services was very easy and reasonably priced for the quality.

Be mindful about the narrow road leading to the property if you have a larger car. The troop of monkey’s visited one day, which was intimidating, but quite the spectacle and they didn’t stay long.

"Beautiful villa but be prepared for Ubud traffic"

The property was incredible. There was a gym, swimming pool, excellent kitchen area with communal seating. The staff were excellent.

It was a little too far to walk to town for some of our older party members. It was easy to get a grab but the traffic was horrendous. There was a troop of monkeys that tried to break into the kitchen- they managed to put the door off its rails (our fault as we left bananas on the kitchen counter but something to bear in mind)!

"Stunning executive villa not full service"

Stunning villa, beautiful pool, amazing for lounging, loved the home gym / yoga studio. Highly recommend the BBQ chef and the massage lady we booked through the villa. All the rooms are gorgeous.

Several double beds were singles pushed together with no joiner / had a divide in middle. Not a full service villa like most in Bali. Staff were responsive but not on site so took a while to sort things out. Is quite remote site and would have felt better with security on site. Daily service was optional. Wifi was patchy.
