We loved the beautiful pool, the dishwasher and laundry washing machine were very handy

The dog on the property, not everyone of us loved dogs and the dog always approached us when we entered, tried to take the food that we bought in the store and started barking heavily every morning

Jelena and her property are absolutely wonderful. We had the best stay at the villa.

a beautiful house with a huge swimming pool, a terrace and all the equipment with the highest rating, we were very pleased and thanked for this swimming pool when the temperature outside reached 40 degrees, the owner, Jelena, is also very nice and has a great dog, which is also a plus 😀 the location is also very good, a few meters from home, a large hypermarket and McDonald's to the center of Split, an uber for 6 people cost 5€ so this is a big plus, overall we are happy that we could spend the best vacation there

Several times when we played music during the day, the neighbor shouted something, but the silence at night is from 11 p.m., so I just ignored him 😀😀 I turned the music louder so as not to hear him 😀😀

The stay in the villa was very successful. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. The location of the Villa is ideal - to the nearest beach by walk is only 20minutes, in the immediate area there are cafes, a large market Tommy open until 24 all week, MCDonald. To the center is about 40 minutes walk, cab about 10minutes. Very close is also a bus stop, but we moved by Uber around the city(to the beach 5euro, to the center 10). The villa itself is very spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, you can actually cook anything there. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time in it. The barbecue area is also there, along with all the things you need. There is actually nothing to complain about, only that we were too short :D And the owner's dog is very cute!

A group of seven of us travelled to this property in Split for 5 nights. Our stay was amazing. The villa was great - a perfect size for our group. The pool was amazing and the villa was full of everything we needed. There was a supermarket and a McDonald’s only 5 minutes walk away from the villa. The town is about a 10 minute drive away, which was very convenient as Uber was easy to use and affordable. The host, Jelena , was so friendly and accommodating. She was prompt in answering any questions and she made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable :) We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Split
