Amazing, very spacious, lots of places to seat, read, eat, drink, just enjoy life. Very comfortable. Located in Sayan, there are a few nice cafes at 4minutes walking, and Sayan House restaurant that is a few minutes away and really amazing

Excellent villa

Pick up the keys at number 25 not 93 which doesn’t exist, it’s on the same street so very easy to find
