Good location, quiet and scenic environment

The beds take up the whole room, very difficult to move around when getting on and off bed for aged, as one family member needs assistance to get off bed. Basic kitchen ware like spoon and fork not available. If given simple remainder that for hygiene sake we should bring our own, it would have been better.

it’s a clean and spacious property. easy access, a lot of communication before arrival. our driver said the house is easy to find. it’s very near to near by Floral Village and other tourist destination. Onsen is great, fun stay for the entire family.

wish have more instruction on how to separate the trash.

The villa is very big with proper hot springs facilities. All the amenities are provided nicely. My family and friends all enjoyed the property very well. We obviously love this villa and would definitely recommend it.

The host was very helpful

Staff sent uz very detailed instructions befire arrival and was very quick in answering questions online. Self checkin and checkout was easy. Facilities are generally clean and new.. Kids like the TV with free Netflix. We were able to see stars from balcony.

We have a group of 6 kids but the stafd only prepared 3 sets of pillows. The outdoor onsen was too hot, 60 degrees, Not possible to use. Not easy to park given narrow road and not enough space to tudn around with large car.

The private onsen was a centrepiece of this accommodation. We also enjoyed cooking and dining here.
