Check-in procedure was an absolute nightmare. They requested 1 ID and guest names/addresses, which were provided prior to check in. Then on the day of check-in they tried to ask for pictures of all guest IDs to be messaged over, total lack of understanding of privacy and security. They finally budged by allowing a video call to show face and ID, but they wouldn't provide door lock code until ALL guests arrived on site to complete the call. It is normal for some guests to arrive early, some later. Total waste of time and resources. Not much of a view from the premises, towels are very low quality, so many restrictions, penalties, and extra costs for this and that. Such a hassle and overall low value
