The outdoor area, swimming pool, and location were excellent. It was great having three fridges, and the parking facilities were very good.

However, the apartment needs some maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the kitchen was poorly equipped (missing more glasses, bowls, cloths, and dishwashing supplies). The interior of the apartment is in need of upkeep — the walls were dirty, some light bulbs were out, one bathroom fan didn’t work, the showers worked inconsistently, and the sofas were in very poor condition.

We had a lovely time in Tenerife. The apartment (which is actually two interconnecting apartments (not clear from the website) has loads of potential. It is large, the pool is heated and plenty big enough for the whole family to enjoy. The location is good too (short walk to the nearest beach and a 30 minute stroll to Fanabe beach). The host is very responsive whilst there.

This apartment could be so much better with a few tweaks: - the pool is not safe for children (there are loads of exits form the apartment and no safety measures in place at all). There should be a fence. - the correspondence before departure was very poor. We emailed several times without response. When in Tenerife, the host was very quick to come back to us - lots of things were broken or badly put together (not in itself a problem but gave the impression of an apartment that could do with some love and attention). For example, toilet seats, umbrellas, chairs, black out blinds in main bedroom - the beds were very uncomfortable with springs sticking up. New mattresses are needed. The exception was the biggest bedroom. - there was hardly any information on "how the apartment worked" e.g. were to deposit litter.

We loved the pool and location, and the property was very clean. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Some of the water pressure wasn’t great but this was a very small issue.

We liked the swimming pool and that there was plenty of outside furniture. It was spacious and welcoming. The small problems were sorted out promptly.

3 bedrooms are separate to the main area and had their own front door. Access to the kitchen and lounge for those bedrooms was via the terrace. This was ok for us but perhaps it should be mentioned. For 8 people more than 2 sets of keys would have been useful.

This accommodation seemed perfect for a family holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday. We required 5 air conditioned bedrooms for 3 couples and my two grandchildren, a teenage boy and 11 year old girl. The private pool deck and outside furniture was great. The accommodation comprised a main apartment with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and lounge (also air conditioned). This was very good. An adjacent apartment had two bedrooms also with access onto the pool deck. Costa Adeje location was ideal. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning in the adjoining apartment was broken. This was confirmed only when I messaged the host. Two mobile fan units had been left but were completely ineffective. This meant with room temperatures approaching 30deg inside the rooms at night that we were unable to use the two bedrooms to sleep in. The host was unhelpful and defensive, at one time even questioning whether we had too many people staying in the apartment! On day four a technician came and agreed the mobile units would not be powerful enough but that it would not be possible to solve the problem before the end of our stay. In order to avoid this problem ruining the holiday, one couple continued to sleep on a mattress in their daughters bedroom and the other couple continued to sleep on a mattress in the lounge. The host needs to urgently address the air conditioning problem in the adjoining apartment as it is ruining what would otherwise have been perfect accommodation. A small issue was the language problem at handover and lack of any written information on appliances, garbage etc This resulted in more messages to the host which he did answer promptly.

Large rooms, kitchen well stocked, views great.

Poor maintenance. AC not working, shower blocked and overflowing into the bathroom, no lights in toilets. Two half beds in a super king cot, moves apart when you turn in bed and slide down the middle! No info book in the apartment on the Wifi password, how to work the appliances, waste disposal etc.
