The view. But the house itself was in poor condition

First off there is major construction next door which sounds like it on top of you. The showers don’t work , the shades are broken so sun shines through all day and night, toilets ran , no barbecue, beds are broken,pool heaters broken, tvs not working, etc. the view is great but house is not. This should not be listed on booking . Com! My grandchildren daughter and I had to leave early.

Beautiful spot on the edge of the cliff but building site next door only 6ft from pool terrace!

VERY poorly maintained. Sadly a beautiful property has not been looked after. We read the poor Google reviews but assumed all the “damages and maintenance issues” would have been sorted over the winter ready for a new season.. Sadly for Easter they had not. It was, for example, not child friendly with the edge of the garden fencing broken (BIG drop below) and one bed needed to be mended before it could be slept on (the middle had completely collapsed and had obviously been broken and temporarily fixed many times) Even worse was that the pool had not been cleaned ready for our visit. Stayed for only 5 nights and could not use pool for the first 2 days…. Easter Sun and Monday - pool cleaned mid-day on Tuesday for us to use Tues, Wed and Thurs. We were offered late checkout on Fri but were catching a 9am flight home so had to leave early anyway!

Había ciertas cosas que no funcionaban, como luces, etc. pero entendible porque van muchos grupos jóvenes

Es una casa espectacular. Muy amplia, luminosa y bien equipada. Tiene unas vistas increibles a la cala de la Granadella a la que puedes ir andando en unos 15 minutos. Tambien hay varias rutas de senderismo para poder hacer. Desayunar con esas vistas es un verdadero lujo. Hemos podido disfrutar de una semana de vacaciones toda la familia y tanto adultos y niños hemos estado encantados. Maxine muy agradable en todo momento y nos resolvía al instante todas las dudas o necesidades, incluso nos envió por correo unas prendas que nos dejamos olvidadas. Si volvemos a Javea no dudaremos en alquilarla.de nuevo.

La casa tiene algunos desperfectos por el alquiler continuo, pero que la luz de la piscina no funcione no te impide disfrutar de la piscina o que la rejilla del horno se salga con facilidad no te impide usar el horno, sólo hace falta tener un poco de cuidado. Son cosas que con un pequeño mantenimiento se pueden resolver. La casa está a 20 minutos en coche de Jávea, pero está claro que, si quieres estar con esas vistas y esa tranquilidad tienes que estar alejado.

Ubicación excepcional. Casa amplia con buenas vistas y bien equipada

Falta algo de mantenimiento en pequeños detalles, nada grave, pero para una casa de esas características se espera que esté en mejor estado.

Great Location , great views , beautiful surrounding areas. Local bars walking distance lovely people.

If you haven't got a car , it would be difficult to get a taxi.

The house is spectacular, the location amazing and Maxime was a great host, close to anything we need.

The AA didn't work properly the first days and two beds were broken.
