La Cofa by Aguilarent

We have enjoyed staying at La Cofa for three years now. We think it’s perfect for a couple and perfectly placed for walking to restaurants, bars and shops etc. We love how the villa is laid out. We love the pool and sun terrace area with the stunning views over the port and Arenal. We loved cooking on the new electric BBQ, kinder for the environment. We loved cooking the privacy of the villa too.

We had a few minor dislikes this time but none of them would ever put us off staying at La Cofa again. The sunbeds cushions were very grubby, old and tired. The air conditioning units were very noisy inside and outside the villa, spoiling the peace. The outside sun blind over the terrace didn’t work which was mentioned to Aguilarent, the maintenance came out and said the motor had broken.

Beautiful location and beautiful well furnished villa. Good size pool with lots of outdoor furniture. Bedrooms lovely and cool with air con.

Lack of fans/air con in lounge, dining areas and kitchen, making any time spent in these rooms uncomfortable. Bed in largest bedroom not so comfortable, sagging in the middle.

Great location and excellent outside area

I’m guessing it was the time of year we stayed(February) but every single property around us was having building work done!
