Villa Kiki

The property was exactly as the pictures show. Absolute perfection. I’m still dreaming of the view! The outdoor pool area was so relaxing and the pool table kept the kids entertained for hours. We stayed with family and everyone one was so comfortable in the air conditioned rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils to cater for cooking at home. Whilst the location was a short drive from town which was super convenient to visit restaurants and the bigger supermarkets. The little local shops had everything we needed last minute from fresh bread, toiletries and booze. We loved going down to the local beach club Kalkan Beach Park to waste away the day, then up to Kiki pool for more relaxing. Seriously one of the best pools and views I have ever encountered.

Nothing negative to report

Modern bright living space. Great to have ensuite facilities in each bedroom. Large amount of space across the entire villa. A good choice of good working appliances, crockery & cutlery. Great to be able to have a washing machine and ironing board too. All the bedrooms were well equipped with toiletries and hairdryers.

Pool was cold and whole terrace was in the shade which was a shame. This meant we went down to the local beach club daily to get the sun. It was a fair walk into Kalkan (not possible for a young family or elderly) however the taxi’s and water taxi from the beach club were great to have as an alternative way of getting into town.

Seven family members, including a five year old, stayed at Villa Kiki for ten nights. We loved everything about it - the lovely views, the facilities, the clean and spacious accommodation (comfy beds). There was a modern kitchen area which was very well-equipped. There was also a BBQ that we used one night. The pool was a good size and there was an outdoor pool table which provided much family entertainment. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but these were resolved quickly by either the Property Manager or the owner(s) of the Villa. We were very impressed with the information and help we received from Villa Kiki's owners both at the time of booking and in the run-up to our stay. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly and helped contribute to a most enjoyable family holiday.

It's worth noting that because we stayed in August and it was so hot we couldn't face walking to the centre of Kalkan every day so we booked taxis. We are walkers and would normally enjoy a 20 minute walk into the centre, but not at this time of year, especially as it's a little hilly! We never had to wait too long for a taxi though and it cost 130 TL one way.

It’s a lovely villa overlooking the Kalkan bay, with an infinity pool that keeps you cool in the hot sun. The villa is large and very well fitted out. And a really nice place to come back to after a hard days holidaying.

The road outside the villa is steep and uneven.

Pretty much everything. The size of the villa is amazing and everyone having their own bathrooms is fabulous. Views are to die for. The communications between myself and the owners were spot on and I felt completely at ease with our booking at all times.

The beds were uncomfortable but that is just me being old and having a bad back. The pool was a bit cold but it is the end of the season but I am being picky!
