Vila Nikopolis

The villa was bigger than expected, especially the beautiful pool & all immaculate, everything high quality. Both kitchens were very well equipped and plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Bedrooms all air conditioned, spacious & comfortable. Bathrooms again immaculate with soap, shampoo etc. provided, simple touches that add to your stay. Also filtered tap water, so no need to buy bottled water, a simple luxury. Huge open, well furnished living & dining areas with air conditioning, although a lovely breeze through villa was usually enough to keep it cool. Two beaches within 7-10 mins walking distance, 1 long & pebbly, quiet, clear water, lovely for swimming. The nearer one sandy clear & clean with fantastic snorkeling, hundreds of fish! Two well stocked mini supermarkets, bakery & great farm shop all a short walk, as were several good restaurants, its a friendly, safe quiet area. Easy to get to from airport, the experienced owner always prompt with any queries & could not be more pleasant or helpful. We have stayed at many villas over the world this being our first adventure for a family of 5, plus partners, all 8 adults able to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings, youngest daughter even got engaged on the beach at sunset, just perfect!

Everithig

We’ve just come back from a fabulous family holiday in this beautiful, very large luxurious villa. The accommodation is very clean, bright (lots of floor to ceiling glass doors) and amazingly equipped. The pool is chemical free and large and there is a wonderful outside kitchen with a family sized table, bbq, dishwasher etc. A short taxi ride away is a pretty, long beach with bars and the sunbeds on the beach are free. The villa is set in a quiet sleepy village with a couple of nice bars, restaurants. However if one evening you want a more buzzy atmosphere, a short taxi ride away is Preveza which has many bars and wonderful restaurants to choose from. Our hosts Niki and her father were so welcoming, gave us loads of recommendations and could not do enough to make our holiday as pleasurable as possible. We would also highly recommend doing the Dolphin Boat Trip with Dimitri from Preveza. So thank you very much to our wonderful hosts, we will be back!

The villa is a wonderful place to spend your holidays! You have anything you need and of course the pool which is so nice it could drag you away from the sea :) The kitchen has all the amenities you might think of. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with anything you would need - including things that do not necessarily relate to the accommodation itself. There are at least 3 very nice restaurants in the area, reachable in ~10 minutes by walking. Also a supermarket, but there are also other bigger ones that can be reached by car. Also lots of nice beaches in the area, so overall this is a great place!
